Sunrise Cuisine opened its doors in May of 1996. The restaurant was an immediate success and today we have been in business for over 22 years, with a commitment to quality and hard work.

Since the beginning, we have prided ourselves on providing the perfect setting to enjoy our incredible, authentic Caribbean food, made with fresh ingredients, in a family-friendly atmosphere.

Whatever the special occasion, Sunrise Cuisine can accommodate your needs. We are a full-service caterer, and we provide event planning and decoration services. Our packages provide you with the options of adding a limousine, accessing a bakery, securing video & photography services, hiring a DJ, and hall rental. You will also have your choice of food service: buffet style, family style or plated.

These ideas represent only a starting point. Our signature is custom menu design, creating original menus for any occasion.

Our innovative menus and food styling, professional wedding planning staff and décor (design) are available to you whether your wedding is large or small, simple or simply elegant.

We pride ourselves on only booking one wedding a day to make sure that our attention is focused only on you and making sure that every detail is taken care of. We believe that your wedding is one of the most important days of your life and our goal is to make sure that the Bride and Groom enjoy every moment.

We custom design every menu and tailor it to the Bride & Groom's tastes. The menu is a very important part of the event and should reflect the personality of the newlyweds. Let us create a culinary experience that your guests will remember long after the event ends.

Since we are a full-service caterer, we not only design the perfect menu for you and your guests, but can also take care of the arrangements including china, flatware, tables, linens, chair covers, music, décor, and more.

We will work within your budget to plan your special day to get the very best value for your money. You'll also be happy to know that there are no hidden charges for cake cutting or corkage fees, as you'll find with other caterers.

Specializing in buffet service and custom menu design for cocktail receptions, and weddings, we deliver not only a variety of menu choices but the experience and expertise that will make any wedding a resounding success.

We have examples of wedding reception menus that have been successfully used by many brides and grooms in the greater Boston area. We cater wedding receptions from 50 to 500 guests. As with all our menus, you are free to make changes and substitutions up until 2 weeks prior to the event. Working with one of our professional and experienced wedding planners, you are encouraged to create your own, custom wedding reception menu or even your own package.

Enthusiastic and professional, our staff will make your guests feel welcome, assisting them with the buffet or serving the menu items you’ve selected. As part of our commitment to excellence, our buffet service is included at no additional charge.

We are proud of our professional and courteous party staff and the outstanding service they give to you and your guests. Many clients write or call us following their event to tell us of the wonderful service they received from our staff. Sunrise Catering staffs are polite and pleasant at all times. We have a well-established reputation in the catering field for excellence and professionalism of our service staff.

We train all of our staff in proper food handling and sanitation practices. Our kitchen, as well as our event staff, wear gloves at all times when preparing your food. The number of service staff required for your event will depend on the number of guests, your menu, and any special circumstances.

Gratuities are left to your discretion. You may choose to give a percentage of the total, or an amount for each staff member. Gratuities may be added to your payment or given to staff members the day of your event.

We want to help make your wedding a success! Although a few weeks advance notice is often sufficient, in order for us to best serve you, we recommend confirming your event as soon as possible to reserve your date and ensure proper planning. A 20% percent deposit is required to reserve the date, and a signed contract with all the details, due to limited availability of dates.
